THE CHALLENGE
What is Jump for Paws?
Jump for Paws is RSPCA Victoria’s exhilarating new challenge! We are asking brave souls to sign up and fundraise $1000 to earn a tandem skydive in February 2026!
Just like our frontline Inspectors who step into danger every day to protect animals, you’ll be taking a brave leap for the lives of those that can’t speak for themselves. You're a hero in our eyes 💪🏽
Where does the money go?
RSPCA Victoria is a non-government, community based charity that works to prevent cruelty to animals. More than 90% of our funding comes from the community. Your fundraising goes directly to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming animals across the state. To learn more about our work, visit Our Impact or our website at rspcavic.org.
When is jump day?
Fundraising is open until Monday, 9 February. All fundraisers that reach $1000 or over will be eligible for a free skydive, on Saturday, 21 February 2026.
What if I can’t make the jump day?
All Jump for Paws skydivers will be jumping together on Saturday, 21 February. If you’re unable to make the jump day, please let us know and we will work with Skydiving Australia to find a solution for you.
What if I don’t make $1000 in fundraising before the cut off date?
We will work with you every step of the way to help you maximise your fundraising! If you’re unable to hit the $1000 target by Monday, 9 February, we will be in touch with you about next steps, and you might have the option to pay the difference.

FUNDRAISING
How do I collect donations?
Once you sign up for Jump for Paws, you’ll be given your own personal fundraising page. All donations to your Jump for Paws campaign will need to go through this page to count towards your $1000 target. This page will be your best friend throughout the campaign, so get cozy and comfortable with it!
In your dashboard you’ll get a personal link to your fundraising page – spread this far and wide! You'll find the link in your dashboard under your name.
You’ll also have your own personal QR code, next to your fundraising link. This QR code will take people to your fundraising page, and is an awesome way for people to easily access your page.

Will donors receive a tax-deductible receipt?
They sure do! Every donation over $2 is tax-deductible. When your supporters donate to your page online, they will automatically and instantly receive a tax-deductible receipt via email. If you have any questions about this, contact us at events@rspcavic.org.au or call us on 03 9224 2501.
I am eligible for a reward, what happens now?
Woohoo! Awesome work with your fundraising! We hope you're feeling smug about being an awesome fundraiser, and we want to show our appreciation! If you’ve reached a reward for your fundraising, we’ll be getting it ready behind the scenes.
Our incredible volunteers help us pack and post your gifts and rewards, and it’ll be on it’s way to you within 7 days.

How do I get cash donations onto my fundraising page?
Sometimes people will give you cash to put towards your fundraiser, and we often call these ‘offline donations’ because they have come from offline activities. We want to make it as easy for people to donate as possible, so always accept cash for your fundraiser, even if it means a bit more admin!
If you receive cash for your fundraiser, you can bank the funds into your bank account and then donate them straight onto your page.
You can do this by logging into your fundraising page and selecting ‘My Donations’. You can follow the steps to create a donation straight onto your page, using the cash you’ve banked.
What if my team reaches $1000, do we all get to skydive?
Fundraising as a team is an amazing motivator! It can be fun to be competitive with your group, and help reach other reach their goal.
To qualify for a skydive, individuals will need to reach the $1000 target separately.
